This is what my life could be like…

Standard

This morning my alarm was set for 6:18. When it went off (rooster ringtone FTW), I actually woke up and started my day. No snooze, no whining, no spacing out while brushing my teeth. I had a plan before I fell asleep and then I woke up and executed it.

I met Ninja Lisa at the gym and we practiced volleyball. Then we went and had coffee at Copper Cup. Now I’m blogging. And it’s just 8:30!

It’s the closest my morning has resembled the daily schedule I sketch out on graph paper when I try to be logical about daily routine. How rad would it be to wake up early and get exercise and blogging done before heading into the office? Today makes me think that could happen. And it really could if I would commit my heart and mornings to being anything but lazy.

Good morning! Go get it! Rise and grind! And all the other cheesy motivational cliche sayings. 🙂
